Because each scoop is a mystery product hand-packed with love, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Every scoop is a surprise — that's the whole experience! We cannot accept returns simply because you received items you didn't expect.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or not as described, contact us right away at info@oceanbreezewhimzys.com and we'll make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
What This Covers
- Damaged items (broken charms, torn packaging, etc.)
- Missing items (fewer bags than your scoop count, missing bracelet or charm)
- Items that appear materially different from what was described on the product page
We do not cover dissatisfaction with the specific mystery items received. The surprise is part of the fun!
How We'll Make It Right
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll either send a replacement item or work with you on another solution. We handle every situation personally — you're not dealing with a bot or a call center.
